We are a patient-owned practice on Yonge Street in Richmond Hill, rated 4.9 out of 5 across more than 130 Google reviews. Patients come to us for back and neck pain, sciatica, disc injuries, sports and workplace injuries, headaches, and recovery after a motor vehicle accident.
Having chiropractic, physiotherapy and massage therapy in one building means your assessment, your treatment plan and your insurance paperwork all stay in one place. If the right person to treat you is not the person you booked with, we can move you internally instead of sending you across town.
Every practitioner here is registered with their respective Ontario college. Treatment plans are explained before they start, including what your insurance is likely to cover and what it is not.

Chiropractor and co-owner. WSIB-certified, so workplace injury claims can be handled here directly.
Jenny and Avi
Registered Physiotherapists. Initial assessments and treatment for injury recovery, joint pain, mobility and return to activity.
Elsa, Jennifer and Maggie
Registered Massage Therapists. Maggie is also a registered acupuncturist. Receipts are issued under the RMT designation insurers ask for.
Availability varies by practitioner and by week. The booking form shows real openings from the clinic calendar, and the front desk can tell you who is in on a given day.
What we treat
Back pain and lower back pain, sciatica, disc herniation and disc bulge, neck pain and whiplash, headaches, shoulder pain including frozen shoulder and rotator cuff injuries, knee pain and arthritis, plantar fasciitis and heel pain, vertigo and balance concerns, and recovery from workplace and motor vehicle injuries.
We also fit custom orthotics, knee and back braces, and medical-grade compression socks, which are usually covered under a separate part of an extended health plan from treatment visits.
