Privacy policy

This page explains what this booking site collects, why, and who it goes to. It covers this site only. Information collected inside the clinic is governed by our obligations under Ontario's Personal Health Information Protection Act.

What we collect

If you use the booking form, we collect your first name, last name, phone number and email address, along with the appointment type, practitioner and time you select. If you enter your phone number or email and then leave without finishing, we may keep those two fields so the front desk can call you back about the appointment you started.

We do not ask for health details, insurance policy numbers or payment information on this website. Coverage is checked by phone or at the front desk.

What we do with it

Booking details are sent to Cliniko, the practice management system the clinic uses to hold appointments and patient records. An email notification also goes to clinic staff so someone knows to expect you. We use your phone number and email to confirm, move or follow up on your appointment.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Measurement and advertising

This site runs Google Ads conversion tracking and Google's call reporting. These tell us that a booking or a phone call happened and which advertisement it came from. They do not tell us who you are, and no name, email address or health information is sent to Google.

Google's call reporting may display a forwarding phone number in place of the clinic's number when you arrive from an advertisement. Calls to that number ring at the clinic in the normal way. We do not record calls on this line.

You can opt out of Google's advertising personalisation at adssettings.google.com, and most browsers let you block or delete cookies.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Vercel. Appointment data is held by Cliniko. Notification emails to clinic staff are sent through Resend. Each of these processes information on the clinic's behalf.

Keeping and removing your information

Appointment and patient records are kept in Cliniko for as long as Ontario regulations require health records to be retained. If you submitted your details but never became a patient, you can ask us to delete them.
